TSSC Board Meeting/Happy Hour

The Board will meet via zoom at 6:15 pm (other members welcome to join) to be followed by a virtual "Happy Hour" at 7 pm

Informational Program: “The Changing Mouth of Rondout Creek”.

Sarah Wassberg Johnson, Director of Exhibits & Outreach at the Hudson River Maritime Museum in Kingston, NY will present a program describing the changes in the landscape and uses of the area surrounding the mouth of the Rondout creek over almost two centuries.

Election Night

A special meeting will be held for election of officers and 2 Board members

Virtual Informational Program: Isometric Exercises and Breathwork

Coach and athlete Zach Fletcher will describe powerful methods for enhancing your physical health and mental wellbeing discussing the functional benefits of both isometric exercises and different forms of breathwork. Participants will walk away with the practical ability to implement both as health practices.

“Almost Summer Bash”

The Trailsweepers Annual Picnic to kick-off Summer returns! Participation is free for members with non-members - guests of members or former members - paying a nominal fee of $5.  Associated group Kayaking and Cycling events will begin at 8:30 am
